With much pride and none regret, we’d like to announce that Daniel L. Rogna will be leaving Partridge Partners for a great new opportunity as trademark counsel at Roll Law Group, the captive law firm of The Wonderful Company. We wish him continued future success in his new role.

“While we’re sad to see him go, we’re also thrilled to see Daniel take on new and expanded responsibilities,” said Mark Partridge, Managing Partner at Partridge Partners. “Reflecting back on our work together, Daniel has certainly proven himself as a thorough, conscientious attorney with a depth of knowledge that he puts to good use protecting his clients’ interests.”

Daniel originally came to Partridge as an intern from DePaul University College of Law, a Chicago-based law school where Partridge Partners has a long-standing relationship. His interest in Intellectual Property law grew out of a passion for literature. His experience as an assistant to a literary agent taught him the importance of protecting copyrights and other Intellectual Property.

Over the years, Daniel built deep experience in helping clients navigate the expansion of the “new Internet” with the addition of dozens of new global top-level domains (gTLDs), and all the enforcement needs required to protect the value of their Intellectual Property.

As Daniel’s experience and reputation in the field grew, he was often invited to speak on Intellectual Property topics or to moderate discussion panels. Most recently, he was named to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Internet Committee for the 2020-2021 term due to his experience in online trademark enforcement.

“I’ve enjoyed my time here at Partridge Partners and I’ve learned an enormous amount from this experienced team of professionals,” said Daniel. “Hopefully, we’ll find opportunities to work together again in the future.”

Best of luck to Daniel as he starts his new adventure. He will be missed!
