Todd's educational background prepared him for a career in U.S. Patent law and other intellectual property. At the University of Pensylvania he participated in the All Ivy-League Moot Court team. While pursuing a B.S in General Engineering Todd substantially completed full degree requirements in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering, with a minor in Electrical Engineering with concentrated studies in machine design, structures, hydraulics and civil construction.
