Litigated over 60 patent infringement and other intellectual property lawsuits in trademark and unfair competition areas. Practice areas include litigation, transactional, counseling and solicitation in patent, trademark, copyright and computer law causes. 
Todd's educational background prepared him for a career in U.S. Patent law and other intellectual property. At the University of Pensylvania he participated in the All Ivy-League Moot Court team. While pursuing a B.S in General Engineering Todd substantially completed full degree requirements in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering, with a minor in Electrical Engineering with concentrated studies in machine design, structures, hydraulics and civil construction.

Practice areas include litigation, transactional, counseling and solicitation in patent, trademark, copyright and computer law causes. 

Litigated over 60 patent infringement and other intellectual property lawsuits in trademark, trade secrets and unfair competition areas. Also litigated copyright infringement lawsuits involving books, electronic video games, fantasy role-playing game literature, software for financial transactions, and photo identification card production.

Extensive licensing and patent acquisition activities in complex license negotiations and preparation of patent, trade secret and know-how trademark and other license and agreements.

Prosecuted hundreds of patent applications and handled all subsequent solicitation activity and various mechanical and electromechanical arts.

Prepared numerous use and infringement opinions and registered several hundred trademarks.

Prepared software production agreements and software copyright and trade secret licenses. Represented several small special-purpose computer companies in all intellectual property and contractual matters and represented several large and complex businesses in the acquisition and licensing of software. Recently obtained injunctive relief for an important securities dealer which prohibited ex-employees from marketing computer software designed to assist in securities trading.

Concentration and supervisory experience in the Mechanical Arts and Business Method patents. Experience in the Electronic Arts and some experience in the Chemical Arts.
