A good advocate knows and understands the other party’s perspective and can develop a winning strategy based on that information. Seeing and understanding different perspectives and points of view is a benchmark of Jordan’s practice.

Jordan serves as an advisor who counsels clients about business needs and accomplishing overall goals. The role requires a balance between transactional work, enforcement and litigation.

The transactional side of her practice focuses on contracts, risk analysis, due diligence and IP prosecution such as applying for trademarks, copyrights and other protections for Intellectual Property. Jordan has experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex technology- and intellectual property-related commercial contracts including software licenses, SaaS/ASP, e-commerce, professional services, software development, privacy, cybersecurity, advertising, marketing, promotion agreements and compliance matters.

On the adversarial side Jordan has years of experience with formal litigation and administrative enforcement of Intellectual Property rights. She oversees enforcement and litigation of commercial, intellectual property, internet and domain name disputes.

Jordan makes it a point to learn each client’s business and unique goals, whether a Fortune 100 corporation or a "starving artist", navigating the needs of the most sophisticated in-house counsel and business executives to first-time content creators seeking to protect their rights.
